CNN is for losers; disgraced network uses Sesame Street puppets to attack Trump’s travel ban

Let’s just come out and say it – CNN has become completely unhinged. It seems as though each week the left wing fake news network is engulfed in a new scandal, and their credibility is plummeting faster than their ratings are. There are no longer any attempts made whatsoever to come across as politically balanced, or to hide the fact that the vast majority of hosts on their network are far left radicals. Rather, CNN seems to have embraced who they truly are and what they truly stand for; that is, an anti-conservative propaganda machine, and the destruction of the Trump administration, respectively.

Now it appears that CNN has reached yet another new low. Late last month, the fake news network thought it would be a good idea to use Elmo from the popular kids show Sesame Street to imply that Donald Trump’s temporary travel ban is wrong and immoral. Because as everybody knows, when you’re discussing a matter as serious as America’s national security, it’s always a good idea to interview a big red puppet to really drive your point home (sarcasm intended).

While sitting on a panel with CNN reporter Clarissa Ward, Sherrie Westin from Sesame Workshop, and David Milibrand of the International Rescue Committee, Elmo was asked to compare Syrian children to kids here in America. “Did you find that the Syrian little girls and little boys were a lot like your friends here in America?” Clarissa Ward asked Elmo. “Yeah, they really were,” Elmo answered. “It was very interesting because they like to play and learn just like Elmo and all of his friends at Sesame Street.”

And of course, no CNN segment would be complete without a nice jab at the President of the United States. “It’s worth say, perhaps especially today, that this country, the U.S., receives very few refugees and there’s a lot of fear and loathing being put out,” said Milibrand, who apparently isn’t concerned in the least bit that some of these refugees may be violent terrorists in disguise.

As a matter of fact, members of the Islamic State have been disguising themselves as refugees and infiltrating parts of Europe for some time now. “We have repeatedly seen that terrorists… have slipped in camouflaged or disguised as refugees,” explained German lawyer Hans-Georg Maassen. “This is a fact that the security agencies are facing. We are trying to recognize and identify whether there are still more ISIS fighters or terrorists from ISIS that have slipped in.”

But the problem with this poor excuse for a political news segment has more to do with what Elmo and the other panelists didn’t say than what they did say. For example, none of them mentioned the fact that Donald Trump’s travel ban is only a temporary measure until his team can get a proper vetting system put in place. None of them mentioned that the ban is completely legal and constitutional, as the commander-in-chief has full authority to determine who comes into the country and who does not. And of course, none of them mentioned that some of these “refugees” could be hardened terrorists who want to kill as many innocent people as possible.

How convenient it is that Elmo and his left wing friends on CNN left all of this out.

In honor of Sesame Street, let’s summarize CNN one letter at a time. “C” is for communist, which accurately describes several of the commentators on CNN who believe in the establishment of a totalitarian state. “N” is for no ratings, which is what CNN will have if they continue down this vicious, anti-Trump path. And the second “N” is for new lows, which CNN seems to sink to every single week.
